I left the cursor tag in the img style definition because in a typical post the image would be a link either to a better view of the image if it was a photograph, or a link somewhere else. In the original post that caused all this trouble the FIDE logo was link to FIDE's main site. If it were not going to be a link I would remove the cursor part of the style definition.
And some more nonsense text to test the float some more, though it certainly looks OK. One should doing testing with a complete set of possible (not just designed) user activities in mind. Of course it would also be helpful if the decisions were documented...
